I should have done this review long ago. I have used A Step Above for carpet cleaning for about 15 years now. They always do an amazing job! They are always on time and excellent at what they do. They do the job as if it was their own home. If you are a perfectionist, this is who you call.

I needed my carpets cleaned quick. I usually am pretty flexible with scheduling but this time I needed them done ASAP. I called a handful of companies seeing who I could get to come out on little notice. Most said they could come in 2 days. I called A Step Above and they told me they had opening the following week. When I explained I needed them done quicker she tried real hard to see if she could make it happen. She placed me on hold and came back with " we can be there tomorrow at 7am". DONE! Bill showed up at 7am and cleaned my carpets super quick. They look great and smell great. I will definitely use them from now on. Thank you so much for accommodating me on such short notice!

I've used this company a few times and absolutely recommend them if your looking for a reliable and reasonably priced carpet/tile cleaning. I had pet stains and they were able to get them and the smell out. Very nice and knowledgeable people.

This is an excellent carpet cleaning service. They respond quickly to calls and texts. Very friendly and efficient on phone and in person. Carpets were pretty dirty and NOW , after cleaning, they are clean and beautiful. I will always use them and will recommend to everyone!

Great service, the lady on the phone [dispatcher] scheduled an appointment very easy and fast she explained all the process. She called a day before to confirm the appointment. Will came out did a great job. The only downside about the company looks like they always busy and there schedule 2 weeks out :(

Recently I broke my foot and had to cancel meeting last minute in person for payment, but I'm so thankful that Donna was able to help me with a payment over the phone! She was so helpful and understanding of my situation. Her husband was able to clean 3 rooms and a closet for a very reasonable price! Highly recommend!

Their name is fitting! They are a Step Above! I hired them to steam clean my 3-bedroom house in Hesperia and they exceeded my expectations by far. The technician arrived promptly and spoke clear English which made it easy to communicate my concerns. He cleaned every inch of carpet without missing anything. My carpet looks practically brand new! He removed every stain. He was able to remove 13 YEARS of stains! The technician was polite, friendly, and very professional. This company gave me a reasonable price and is a pleasure to do business with. I won't hire anyone else to clean my carpets.
