I should have done this review long ago. I have used A Step Above for carpet cleaning for about 15 years now. They always do an amazing job! They are always on time and excellent at what they do. They do the job as if it was their own home. If you are a perfectionist, this is who you call.

I needed my carpets cleaned quick. I usually am pretty flexible with scheduling but this time I needed them done ASAP. I called a handful of companies seeing who I could get to come out on little notice. Most said they could come in 2 days. I called A Step Above and they told me they had opening the following week. When I explained I needed them done quicker she tried real hard to see if she could make it happen. She placed me on hold and came back with " we can be there tomorrow at 7am". DONE! Bill showed up at 7am and cleaned my carpets super quick. They look great and smell great. I will definitely use them from now on. Thank you so much for accommodating me on such short notice!

I've used this company a few times and absolutely recommend them if your looking for a reliable and reasonably priced carpet/tile cleaning. I had pet stains and they were able to get them and the smell out. Very nice and knowledgeable people.

This is an excellent carpet cleaning service. They respond quickly to calls and texts. Very friendly and efficient on phone and in person. Carpets were pretty dirty and NOW , after cleaning, they are clean and beautiful. I will always use them and will recommend to everyone!
